With the arrival of summer in my house it says goodbye to pasta and then I have to challenge themselves every day in the preparation of cold dishes, this was lunch yesterday
I have 4 beautiful large potatoes boiled in plenty of water,

ready once I clean the potatoes and cut into large pieces
I put everything in a bowl and seasoned with plenty of oil Evo
salt and basil.
A convenience you can add the diced mozzarella, tuna, beans
and green olives.
